SC Asset, the number one real estate leader in quality and innovation, is building on the success of the “Inside SC” project through the campaign “Who is the Boss? Season 2”. This initiative emphasizes the image of "quality housing by a quality team" and reinforces SC Asset's position as the top real estate company that the new generation most wants to work with in 2024, as recognized by the Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2024 by WorkVenture and Thailand Most Attractive Companies 2024 from 55 companies that the New Generation workforce aspires to join, according to QGEN.

This year, the campaign “Who is the Boss?” Season 2 is creatively presented in a PODCAST format, showcasing the real work life of real estate professionals and the working styles of their supervisors. This allows potential candidates interested in joining SC Asset to experience the personalities of their future bosses and colleagues, as well as the #SCskydive corporate culture that encourages employees to speak up, take action, collaborate, and express their ideas freely in a trusting and friendly environment. Additionally, the CVs of various supervisors will be presented to help listeners get to know their 'future bosses' better.

Ms. Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Corporate Brand and Communications at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, shared about the campaign “Who is the Boss? Season 2”, stating, “We have expanded our target audience to communicate with experienced engineers and mid-level professionals in other departments. We conducted focus groups with this demographic to gain deep insights and discovered that this group prefers to listen to Long Form Content that provides knowledge, as it enhances their work skills. Therefore, SC Asset chose to communicate through PODCAST, showcasing the work lives of engineers and real estate professionals, and we invited “Kody - Atthapol Potharnratnakul”, a famous YouTuber from Good Day Podcast, to host and make the storytelling more engaging.”

On the other hand, Mr. Puthikarn Aurath, Chief People Officer at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, emphasized the importance of supervisors in the organization, saying, “Supervisors play a crucial role in employee development. Enhancing employee skills does not solely come from classroom training but from the ‘70-20-10’ model, where 70% comes from on-the-job training opportunities provided by supervisors, allowing employees to learn through real experiences. The next 20% comes from coaching by supervisors, and the final 10% comes from classroom training. Thus, it is evident that supervisors are vital in both theoretical and practical aspects. Some may find the company appealing, but once they start working and encounter an unsatisfactory supervisor, it can lead to resignations. This is the essence of the campaign “Who is the Boss?” which allows key company supervisors to share their attitudes and working methods, giving potential candidates a glimpse of their future bosses before they start working.”

“Our expectation for the campaign “Inside SC - Who is the Boss? Season 2” is to find good candidates to join us when needed, whether they are engineers, project managers, support teams, or sales teams, and to have individuals who can stay with us long-term or continuously receive CVs from talented individuals. That would be considered a success,” Mr. Puthikarn stated.

SC Asset prioritizes its employees, who are the heart of the organization in creating good mornings for all customers (For Good Mornings) by fostering a corporate culture and strategizing employee care with the concept of “People Thriving.” This approach aims to ensure that employees feel good and valued from their work experiences by fulfilling the 5Ps: Pay (receiving appropriate compensation), Perks (having good benefits), People (working well in a good team), Pride (feeling proud to be part of the organization), and Purpose (understanding that their work has meaning and value in delivering good mornings to all customers).
